DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) for the processing of your order.

Pre-orders may take up to 14 business days.

Note: Holidays and weekends are excluded. Processing times may vary due to a high volume of orders or during the holiday season. It's important to understand that processing time is separate from shipping time.
For instance, selecting two-day shipping means your order will be shipped after the processing phase, not within two business days of placing the order. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

To ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address, we kindly request that you carefully review and double-check the shipping address provided during the checkout process. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address to avoid potential delivery disputes and to maintain delivery verification.

Once your package is issued to the carrier, Bombshell Bundles Co. is no longer responsible for your package. If you have any issues with your package, please reach out to the carrier.
