DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) for the processing of your order.

Pre-orders may take up to 14 business days.

Note: Holidays and weekends are excluded. Processing times may vary due to a high volume of orders or during the holiday season. It's important to understand that processing time is separate from shipping time. For instance, selecting two-day shipping means your order will be shipped after the processing phase, not within two business days of placing the order. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

To ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address, we kindly request that you carefully review and double-check the shipping address provided during the checkout process. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address to avoid potential delivery disputes and to maintain delivery verification.

Once your package is issued to the carrier, Bombshell Bundles Co. is no longer responsible for your package. If you have any issues with your package, please reach out to the carrier.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Every item goes through a thorough double-check process for quality assurance before being shipped.

Please review all details carefully, as we do not accept refunds or exchanges after the order is placed. 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an error on our behalf. Because of the high quality of our products, we rarely encounter unsatisfied customers.

HAIR TEA

ORIGIN: The SEA Raw hair is sourced directly from Southeast Asia, while the Raw Indian Wavy is hand-picked from temples in South India. This hair is exceptionally soft and has a medium luster, making it a perfect blend for natural hair texture.

TEXTURE: Our Raw Indian textures feels silky smooth upon the first touch. The hair strands are finer compared to our SEA Wave patterns. The SEA Raw textures have a lower luster (depending on the bundle) compared to our Indian texture.

WAVE PATTERN: The SEA Raw wave pattern varies from straight to slight wave depending on the bundle. Raw Indian Wavy will have a slight wave pattern varying to medium/deep wave for the most part. Wave patterns also depend on the specific lengths you are interested in.

With proper care and maintenance, your Bombshell Bundles can last for 3-5 years.

Our bundles are in natural shades of black and brown.

Yes, our bundles can be colored and bleached.

We highly recommend getting any coloring services by a professional stylist.

Always co-wash the hair before the first wear.

We recommend using high-quality products, as this hair will behave like your natural hair.

Moisturizing products will help maintain its softness and luster.
We highly recommend investing in a high-quality hair oil.

Additionally, avoid excessive heat or temperatures above 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
